Born in Portland, Rowdy loves scuba diving, biking, motorbikes, horseback riding, and fishing. A Race of Champions competitor at 12, he now enjoys yoga, clean eating, and Oregon’s coast. A dog lover and family man with two daughters and two grandsons, his top bucket-list goal is skydiving.
Field Supervisor
Born in Portland, Charlie loves boating in the summer and exploring Eastern Oregon. Fall is his favorite season. A dog lover, he shares life with his wife, Stephanie, and their two pups. When not traveling or enjoying the outdoors, he’s dreaming of checking off a top bucket-list goal—earning his pilot’s license.
Administrative Specialist
Born in Portland, Marnie shines as a skilled multitasker and coordinator, inspired daily by her amazing family. She loves crocheting cozy blankets and traveling to the beach or Montana. A proud mom of two and grandma of two, she adores dogs and dolphins—and dreams of one day visiting Scotland.
Service Manager
Born in Redmond, Oregon, Stephanie is driven to make a difference. She enjoys summer boating, writing for scrapbooks, and spending time with her nine nieces and nephews. A dog lover at heart, she dreams of swimming with humpback whales and often escapes to her favorite destination—the Caribbean.
Install Technician
Born in Portland, Oregon, Brett is motivated by his love for his daughter, Opal. He enjoys concerts, gaming, and cheering for the Green Bay Packers. A fan of karaoke nights and coastal trips, Brett loves fall weather, dogs, and dreams of one day traveling beyond the U.S. to explore new places.
Technician
Born in Gresham, Helana finds inspiration in her family and enjoys riding dunes, trail riding, kayaking, golfing, snowboarding, gardening, and traveling. A lover of summer and Disney World, she dreams of visiting Germany to honor her heritage—and fun fact, she’s never been stung by a bee!
Service Technician
Born and raised in Oregon, Scott is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping. Family is everything to him, and he treasures spending time with his wife and four children. His strong work ethic and attention to detail reflect the same dedication he brings to both his family and his craft.
Lead Install Technician
Born in Salem, Oregon, Josh takes pride in his work and enjoys being part of a team focused on providing quality installations and dependable service to our customers.
Outside of work, Josh likes to stay active by working out, playing basketball, and golfing. Summer is his favorite season, and when it comes to vacations, Mexico is a favorite destination — although a trip to Greece is still at the top of his bucket list.
